	First Article Inspection		Advanced Measurement is a preferred supplier of inspection services for most industries. 	Non-Contact Inspection		With components becoming smaller every day, touch probe stylus may not be suitable for measuring tiny parts or where materials such as rubber, silicon or thin wall material or even very small dimensions need precise measuring without physically contacting the materials. Non-contact measuring provides a smart solution. With the use of automated measurement systems, hundreds of dimensions and huge batch quantities can be measured at high speed, still managing cost and quality aspect and on-time deliveries.

	CAD model based inspection & Reverse engineering		As some would call this paperless manufacturing, it is one of the many ways manufacturing is headed. Our CMM'S are equipped to handle this most demanding application. Parts can be directly inspected on our CMM'S using your CAD models and thus leaving very little room for guess work or error. A pertinent part of our services includes generating 3D CAD models and 2D drawings directly form manufactured parts.

	SPC Data Collection		A growing number of customers are demanding independent capability studies preformed on their projects. They have clearly determined the value Capability studies brings to their table. Data from these studies is instrumental in making some very critical decisions. Process capability data is distributed to various divisions of manufacturing or even to the vendor. A significant aspect lies in accepting materials from vendors which may not make useful inventory or for implementing drawing/design changes.

	N.I.S.T. Traceability		Our inspection equipment and reports are traceable to the National Institute of Standards & Technology. Advanced Measurement Labs., Inc. maintains calibration records at all times and are available for customer audit. We use only outside calibration services to maintain all our equipment.
